Modular Building Project, Suffolk
Our client approached us to build them a dream holiday home in Suffolk, for which they already had project plans for a traditional brick and mortar house. At the very start, we encouraged them to explore the timber frame modular buildings, which are not only quicker to build but also more affordable, energy efficient and made with high spec elements, such as triple glazed windows which are standard.
I hired Dusko and his team to carry out a full renovation of a high-spec office in Highgate. The renovation included complete strip-out, rewiring, re-plastering, new doors and flooring/carpets, new lighting, new kitchen and toilet facilities as well as Cat 6 cabling for the office IT network.
Dusko’s team showed great integrity throughout the project. They are hardworking and friendly, taking real pride in their work. Dusko himself is very experienced, knowledgeable and likeable.
